Hello there, welcome! I’m Anna. I’m a dietitian in child nutrition and a mom. I’m also deeply passionate about ALL things plant-based. I love creating (and eating) tasty plant-powered meal, snack and dessert recipes in my kitchen, trying out vegan recipes that I find, comparing plant-based products and sharing ways to live most fully and nutritiously on a plant-based diet for all ages. Most of all, I am passionate about helping others begin their journey towards optimal health and nutrition if they have a desire to move towards a whole-food, plant-based diet.

All created recipes are plant-based and vegan, and many will be Asian-inspired too. Whether you are currently a plant-based eater or not, these recipes are sure to please vegans, vegetarians and those who are meat-eaters too!
I find that there are many recipes online that claim to be vegan and healthy, but actually involve an excess of refined sugar or other unnecessary ingredients. You’ll find recipes here that are simple, easy to make, taste delicious and are truly nutritious. If you don’t believe me, just check out the nutrition panel for each recipe! Since most of these recipes are dairy-free and egg-free, parents of children with allergies will also find these recipes worth trying.
